A third generation, future owner of Carmichael Construction Company Inc., being employed since January 2009.  Has performed duties as a laborer, and heavy machine operator.  As Assistant Estimator he bids projects, coordinates bonding of projects and assists with maintaining flow of invoicing.  Also certified in CPR and First Aid.  He is a license qualifier for Heavy Highway and Residential/Commercial Building as well as a NC Notary Public.    

 

Work performed ranges from water/sewer, and all phases of this line of work, including pump stations, vacuum sewer systems and all work related to these installations.  Walter has worked on most projects that Carmichael Const. Co., Inc. has performed since 2009.  He is working on Carmichael Const. Co., Inc.’s current jobs. Walter is very conscientious about his work ethics and very capable of handling any and all the various duties in this line of work.
