Equal Owner of Company, being employed since January 1986.  Has performed duties as a laborer, heavy machine operator and foreman.  As Corporate Secretary/Estimator he oversees the day-to-day operations of the office and bids projects.  Also certified in CPR, First Aid, and holds various certificates pertaining to construction. 

 

The work performed ranges from supervision of office staff, biding and bonding projects, ordering of materials, coordination of projects and maintaining flow of invoicing and payments on jobs and accounts payable. 

 

Walter has worked on all projects that Carmichael Const. Co., Inc. has performed. He is working on Carmichael Const. Co., Inc.’s current jobs. 

Walter is very conscientious about his work ethics and very capable of handling any and all the various duties in this line of work.
